- Zonergy Company Limited: Assisted in the legal documentation and regulatory compliance for a 900 MW Solar Power Project at Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park in Bahawalpur, Punjab. Achieved Commercial Operations Date (COD) for 300 MW of the project.
- Zonergy (Tianjin) Company Limited: Worked on the setup of off-grid solar and wind hybrid power projects, including the installation and commissioning of small wind-solar hybrid systems in Khushab, Punjab.
- CPEC Projects: Successfully achieved the first financial close of a CPEC energy project, endorsed by the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB).
- Approvals from Regulatory Bodies: Secured approvals for Interconnection Studies from the National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC), environmental assessments from the Environmental Protection Department of Punjab, and generation licenses from the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA).

Energy Sector Legal Representation

- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) involved in negotiations, execution of agreements and completion of Asian Development Bank-Wind/Pilot/Punjab/Pakistan-Icb01, For The Construction, Installation, Commission, One Year Operation And Maintenance Of Distributed Small Wind-Solar Hybrid Power System (Pilot Project In Khushab Punjab, Pakistan.
- The Pakistan International Airlines, involved in negotiations, execution of agreements, Procurement, Installation, Maintenance and completion of Solar Power System At PIA Training Centre Karachi Airport. The installed capacity of the Solar Power Generation Project of Training Centre of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is 351 kW. Zonergy participated in the project construction as the main contractor and completed the project as soon as possible after overcoming difficulties arising from the pandemic and other reasons. The project is expected to generate 494,000 kWh of electricity per year. Within its designed service life of 25 years, it will prevent a total of 4,920 tons of carbon emissions, making a positive contribution to Pakistan’s energy transformation.
- The Projects from the World Bank, According to a report from the World Bank, micro-grid is a more feasible solution for medium power demand than main grid and off-grid solar home systems for areas with high population density. Globally, at least 19,000 installed micro grids provide electricity to about 47 million people in 134 countries with a total investment of US $28 billion. Assisted Zonergy for this project, which is a global project equipment partner of the World Bank. It has contracted five World Bank projects – BADIN, JPMC, NICH, UJAWAL, and TMK in Sindhi and Baluchistan in Pakistan – with a total capacity of 5 MW.
